What's new in this version. Improved the touch-screen control especially for surface devices User can manipulate the view of the target machine with the following touch gestures: a. One finger drag - draging the image left-right and up-down b. Two finger pinch - zoom in and out c. Three finger drag - rotating around vertical axis and horizontal axis d. Four or five fingers rotate clockwise. So backup your Mac (including the Bootcamp partition) first. I tested this with a spare MacBook Air (Mid 2013 with a 250 GB SSD) and a vanilla Yosemite after installing Windows 8.1 R1. Regardless what I did, I had no problem to boot from either Windows 8.1 or OS X. Spacemacs is not just emacs+vim. It can have OSX keybindings too! This layer globally defines common OSX keybindings. ⌘ is set to super and ⌥ is set to meta. Aside from that, there's nothing much, really. The Apple USB SuperDrive is compatible with Mac models from 2008 and later that don't have a built-in optical drive.
Connect and use your SuperDrive
To use your SuperDrive, connect it to a USB-A port on your Mac*, then insert a disc.Make sure that the aluminum enclosure of the SuperDrive is facing up.
To connect your SuperDrive to a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) or USB-C port on your Mac, you can use one of these adapters:

To eject a disc, click Finder in the Dock, then choose File > Eject. Or, if your keyboard has an eject key, press and hold .
